Please read this information to ensure your party is fun for all your guests.
A non-refundable $100 deposit is required to secure your booking (for private hire bookings a $200 deposit is required to reserve your booking).
Invitations will be issued once the deposit is paid.
Changes to your party date/time can be made up until 7 days of the original booked date and is subject to new date/time availability.
No responsibility is taken for any lost or stolen property.
All children & adults that wish to use the equipment must wear socks.
No outside food and drinks are allowed into Lollipop’s Playland except the birthday cake. Exemptions made for medical reasons.
Please advise of any dietary requirements at the time of booking or at least 7 days prior to your party.
Please advise of your party platters and food choices no later than 2 days prior to your party. Whilst we make every attempt to accomodate your requests, we cannot guarantee requests made at the last minute.
Carers of birthday child are responsible for responsible for all children attending the party that are not accompanied by their parents.
Upon your confirmation of the number of children attending the party, any sibling that is not on the party guest list will be charged as general admission.
You will be billed for all children that have been confirmed on the party guest list, even if they do not attend.
Full payment must be made prior or after the party.
