Party Terms & Conditions

Please read this information to ensure your party is fun for all your guests.

  • $100 deposit is required to secure your booking (except for a private hire where $200 deposit is required to reserve your booking)
  • The paid deposit is non-refundable
  • Invitations will only be issued once the deposit is paid
  • Changes to your party date/time can be made up until 7 days of the original booked date and is subject to new date/time availability
  • No responsibility is taken for any lost or stolen property
  • All children & adults that wish to use the equipment must wear socks
  • No outside food and drinks are allowed into Lollipop’s Playland except the birthday cake
  • Please advise of any dietary requirements at the time of booking or at least 7 days prior to your party
  • Please advise of your party platters and food choices no later than 2 days prior to your party. Whilst we make every attempt to accomodate your requests, we cannot guarantee requests made in last minute
  • Carers of birthday child are responsible for responsible for all children attending the party that are not accompanied by their parents
  • Upon your confirmation of the number of children attending the party, any sibling that is not on the party guest list will be charged as general admission.
  • Carers of birthday child are responsible for responsible for all children attending the party that are not accompanied by their parents
  • You’ll be billed for all children that have been confirmed on the party guest list, even if they do not attend
  • Full payment must be made prior or after the party

  • Prices & packages are subject to change
