Lollipop’s Playland & Cafe Knox is available for exclusive hire any day from 5:30pm. We can cater for your food requirements or you can BYO.
Lollipop’s Knox is the ideal place for any functions where children are involved. You have exclusive use of the centre, ensuring that children are in a safe environment while you can relax and enjoy the night.
Lollipop’s Knox is a multi-purpose venue, ideal for:
- Large family gatherings
- School/kinders fundraisers or social nights
- Special birthday parties
- Sporting club presentations
- Christmas parties
- Religious celebrations
How much does it cost?
$598 for a minimum of 2 hours, $100 for every half an hour there after. A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
Can I bring my own food?
Yes, your own food can be brought in for your private function (no nuts please).
Can I use the kitchen facilities on the night?
Unfortunately you cant use the kitchen facilities, but any food you wish to have reheated can be done by our staff members at an additional of $100 charge.
Can Lollipop’s Knox cater for my function?
Yes, we are more than happy to cater your function. We have a range kid’s food options and adult party platters available for you to choose from.
Am I able to purchase foods and drinks on the night?
Yes, food and drinks can be purchased on the night of your function. However, you’ll be required to let our staff know at the time of booking so adequate staff can be rostered. Pre-booked only.
Will the the cafe be open on the night?
Unless pre-booked, the cafe will not be open to guests on the night.
Do I need to provide my own plates, cutleries, cups, etc?
Yes, you will need to supply your own crockery, plates, cups, cutleries, serviettes etc for your function. However, if we are catering for your function, we will supply all required crockery.
Can I bring alcohol?
No alcohol is allowed on the Lollipop’s Playland & Cafe premises.
Do I need to clean night at the end of the night?
We ask that you pack all your belongings, but otherwise our staff will take care of the cleaning on the night.
Hours of hire
All private hire functions are a minimum of 2 hours. The centre is available to hire from 6pm everyday. If you are looking for earlier start time, please contact us. Lollipops will allow 10 minutes to vacate the premise after your function has finished. If you take longer than 10 minutes we will have to charge you for the extra time.
When can I come in to set up for my function?
You are able to come in to the centre 30 minutes prior to the commencement of your function.
Our sound system is capable of playing certain inputs, please check the requirements at the time of booking
Can I extend my function time?
Yes, provided 48 hours’ notice is given you can extend your function as long as you’d like.
Are we responsible for any damages/breaks caused by our guests?
Credit card details are required prior to the commencement of the function. If there are any breakages or damage, or if our premise is left in an unacceptable state, Lollipops will contact you about the cost to rectify the issue.
Can we bring glitter and sparklers?
We request no glitter, sparklers or party poppers in the centre and recommend helium balloons are weighted.
